Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bars
New on my blog today! Always in my regular rotation of homemade snacks, these no bake peanut butter trail mix bars are my favorite pick-me-up. I recently updated the recipe with 2 small changes. You only need 9 ingredients and most of them are customizable, which I know is appreciated right now. The combination of chocolate chips and peanut butter make it feel like you're indulging, while the nuts and oats keep you nourished and satisfied. Resist eating the whole batch at once-- they're irresistible!
