Bangladeshi Bhuna Chicken - Chicken Bhuna
Ingredients:
1. Curry cut chicken with bone - 1kg to 1.5kg
2. Oil - 1/4th cup
3. Garam masala - Panch Phoron (Five-spice mix) 1 teaspoon; 3-4 Cinnamon sticks; 2 bayleaves; 5-6 cloves; 5-6 whole black peper; 5-6 Cardamoms
4. Chopped onoin - 1cup
5. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
6. Ginger paste - 2 tablespoon
7. Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Tarmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
10. Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
11. Salt to taste
12. Boiled water - 1 cup
13.Fried onion - 1/2 cup
14. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
